To book the apartment of your choice, a first payment of CHF 5000 is required. This amount will serve as a guarantee of your commitment to the transaction. This booking also gives you the exclusive benefit of taking the property off the market for a period of 30 days.
During this period, no further offers will be considered, allowing you to take the time necessary to finalize the details of your purchase.

Notarial Deed and Finalization of the Transaction

Within 30 days of the booking period, the notarial deed must be concluded. This deed will formalize the sale of the apartment and set out the terms and conditions agreed between the parties. It is imperative that all parties involved in the transaction are present when the notarial deed is signed.
The finalization of the transition will be done in accordance with the provisions of the notarial deed, thus ensuring a transparent and legal transaction. It is important to note that the initial amount of Frs 5000.- paid at the time of booking will be deducted from the total amount of the sale at the time of conclusion of the notarial deed.
